[aprssig] Lowrance iFinder M&M now available

The Lowrance iFinder Map & Music is now being received in SoCal Fry's 
Locations.   Looks pretty cool.   Seems to have NMEA in/out 
capability.    The PhD variant should be in shortly, too.

Fry's should also be receiving the Magellan Explorist 400, 500, & 600, as 
soon as they're available.

And speaking of Handheld GPS's, does anyone know what the deal is with 
Garmin?   It seems like every retailer in SoCal is out of or short of 
Garmin products.    It's almost as if they've lost interest in selling 
through brick-n-mortar stores.
