Also, keep in mind that WXSVR also sends NWS messages out and that also
requires the IGate to pass those callsigns.  The objects are actually a
relatively new addition to the WXSVR offerings.  Keeping the originating
call the same as the bulletin originating call makes gating very
simplistic.
