[aprssig] How to send filter info with APRS+SA?

In your aprserve.txt file in your data directory, place a # sign with a
space on both sides before the filter command.  For instance:

first.aprs.net 14580 # filter m/200

You must connect to a user filter port (usually 14580) on a server that
supports this (list at http://www.aprs-is.net/aprsservers.htm).  Be sure
that you reselect the server on the Internet tab in Setup so the filter
text appears on the connection line.
