The Winlink, Echolink and IRLP information, like Citizens Weather
is useful information that should be available on the APRS-IS.

It it has to be the users choice.   The "filter" mechanism needs to
be updated so we can add or remove these special data streams.

I was, and still am, groussing because my current little Internet APRS project
( JavAPRS for NWAPRS -   http://www.nwaprs.net ) has such a
sea of blew  (CWxxxx) that it's distracting from viewing on the air ham
stations.  The real problem is there's no way to turn it on and off...
