http://www.jfindu.net/getmobilemap.aspx has been updated to (hopefully)
properly support older phones which only use black and white graphics.
It also now generates the "preferred" graphic type for your browser if
known.

You can now specify two stations to get a distance line drawn on the
map.

The page now accepts call=, tocall=, and alt= for parameters to prefill
the text boxes.  More info is at http://www.jfindu.net
