[aprssig] Duplicate Msgs

Hi folks,

I have switched from Outlook Express to Outlook 2003 and "now" I am getting "two" of every APRSSIG msg.  This is not happening with any other SIG or TAPR SIG group.  Anybody have any ideas as to why this is going on?  I have checked everything that I can think of.
