It should be in the APRS spec.  We have some buttons in Xastir on
the Station Info dialog for doing directed queries of various types,
but we don't have one for the query you're after.  As I understand
it those are all one-shot queries, with a one-shot response, and no
ack's fly either way.  Also no sequence ID.
