[aprssig] 10 MHz transmitter for APRS

I'm still waiting for my 80-meter Warbler kit.  Figured I'd try it out with
the PSK31 version of my OpenTracker.  Which I still haven't gotten around to
releasing the code for.  Anyone else active on 80 meters that'd be up for
some testing, assuming I ever get this thing put together and hooked up to
an antenna?

Makes me wonder if PSK31 would be a solution for you....  well the PSK31
transmitter kits from http://smallwonderlabs.com/ .  Use one of those with a
tinytrack in 300baud mode, and you might have a winner.
