[aprssig] 10 MHz transmitter for APRS

After looking at the gaps in 144.39 coverage along some of the routes I
travel,  I think I want to put a tracker on 10 MHz in my truck.  I don't
need to receive, I only want to show up on the internet.  I don't want to
tie up the HF transceiver.  Any ideas for a inexpensive transmitter?
Crystal control would be fine.
