[aprssig] Peculiar APRS data

 From here in Richmond to Austin is about 100 miles in an airplane, so 
Austin shouldn't be much further from downtown Houston. It could have 
been a band opening or maybe a lower noise floor very early in the 
morning. 

Thank you everyone for your help. The only problem I need to figure out 
now is power. Without a solid metal roof I can't transmit more than 5 
watts.
