I have updated the New n-N  Paradigm page with separate
links for:

New KPC3+ settings for  STATEn-N states
New KPC3+ settings for  WIDEn-N states
New PacComm (old Trace-only) digi settings

This simplifies and clarifies the text.  Generally I think that
all states east of the Mississippi are excellent candidates
for STATEn-N as well as well-organized states like NM
and AZ.
