[aprssig] Quick Help with a KPC-3

It would depend on what firmware version the KPC-3 had. I think (from
memory here) that you have to be at 6.something or above for that to
work. I'm 99% sure that that will work for release 8.2, which is the
last version Kantronics released for the KPC-3.

It will definitely not work if you're on one of the older versions of
firmware.
