[aprssig] PMapServer7 for Ui-View32 to be released

PMapServer7 should be available for download at http://www.Ui-View.org some
time this evening.

PMapServer7 requires registered versions of Ui-View32 2.03, and Precision
Mapping Streets and Traveler 7.0.

PMapServer7 / UiView32 / PMap 7 includes :

	Detailed street maps for the US (Updated) and Canada (New).

	A world map (No streets or roads).

	Improved Underlay handling (Radar images display over water etc).

PMapServer7 works almost exactly like PMapServer6.  In fact, PMapServer7
uses the PMapServer6 help files.  

The only changes to operation are:

	The Zoom All command now zooms to the World rather than the US.

	When you load an underlay, it no longer automatically zooms to the
underlay extents.
