INcluding WinLINK stations.  We are asking WinLINK
to generate an APRS compatible packet on their own freqs
so that monitoring stations using APRS can see where they 
are.  It will be a long term mess if these stations use the same 
SSID as any  other AX.25 packet station under the same call.
