That is why we expect the vast Plains states to remain WIDEn-N.

Actually there probaly are vast areas of California that can 
tolerate WIDEn-N, but it cannot possibly be true for the LA 
Basin,  and San Francisco Bay with ALOHA circles like 15 miles.

If it were me, I'd think of something like SOCALn-N for the
LA Basin and SFn-N for the Bay area?
