[aprssig] Igate settings

I use ALY* BTV* to gate the NWS info around here. This is with UI-VIEW
Seems to work ok.

To gate NWS watch/warnings to RF in the stations.txt file, Do I need a
line 
for every type of watch/warning or can I use a wildcard * such PBZ*,
RLX* or 
do I need to do PBZSWS,PBZ??? etc...
