[aprssig] agwpe and d700

Ken, today I tried to use the TNC2 template to setup the d700 into kiss mode,
and it was a no-go. I used hyperterm to see and interact with the TNC/radio
and observed that entering KISS ON, and typing RESET did not cause the tnc to
go into KISS mode - it simple reset and gave the usual TNC2 compatible boot
screen. However, entering KISS ON, and cycling the power off and back on did.
Is there any way to reset the TNC (to finish the kiss mode switch) with out
having to power cycle the radio?

FWIW to anyone reading this thread, the default TXD is 500mS... holy smokes...
not even 350ms!!! I'm going to play with mine to see if it'll work near the
100mS mark.

Thanks
Wes
