I am.  It's mentioned in the TT3 PDF manual. You short the mic-in and 
mic-out connections on the TT board together (normally they are isolated 
by a diode), and then change an option in the configuration menu.

I use it this way for my "Mobile SSTV LiveCAM" APRN operation where I 
want an APRS Mic-E burst at the end of a SSTV transmission.

I make my own harnesses and adapters.  In this case, all the connections 
are inside my homebrew mobile System Integration Console that combines 
mic and soundcard interface switching for three mobile rigs with a TT3 
board, a TigerTrak, two soundcard interfaces, serial port switching to 
share one laptop serial port with 6 devices, 4 isolated DC-DC power 
converters, an opto-isolated serial splitter to supply 4 diffferent 
devices with the same GPS data, etc.
