I've added the ability to order the telpac list based on an APRS callsign or
lat/lon. For example:

http://www.findu.com/cgi-bin/telpac.cgi?lat=34&lon=-91
http://www.findu.com/cgi-bin/telpac.cgi?call=k4hg
