XASTIR log viewer was [aprssig] Abusive path lists

Perl script: http://mckeehan.homeip.net/javaprs/logview.tar.gz

Extract the two files to a directory; cd into this directory, then run a
command like this:

egrep "^#|WIDE7|WIDE6|WIDE5" ~/.xastir/logs/tnc.log | perl loger.pl

See if you like it; it uses the APRSdec to display the packets.
