For anyone that requires PCSAT downlink to go via
SGATE, be advised we have changed the path
to just VIA WIDE instead of VIA SGATE,WIDE
so that PCsat bulletins go via ISS for this test.

If you somehow use SGATE on the ground, then you
will lose that hop.  Please let me know of what stations
use that and how they use it.  THanks
