[aprssig] Citizens Weather stations - gating to RF

Linux is weird in that AX.25 is in all Kernels but turned off by default.
That means to get it to work you have to recompile the Kernel (not an easy
task).

Does anybody have a copy of their config file to run on a RedHat 7.0 box?
Haven't taken the time to figure out the new serial drivers but a copy of a
config file might make figureing it out faster.

Java and javAPRSSrvr will run just fine on it.  You can either use the
Sun JVMs or you can use any of the many independent JVMs available for
Linux.
