[aprssig] PCSAT-1 and PCSAT2 Status

A buddy's kid is coming over tomorrow morning, I hope to catch the
10:15EST pass.  Will there be any possibility for voice ops with ISS?
What freq up/dn?  Would love the opportunity to "show off" for a
potential young ham.
