[aprssig] Live APRS mapping in the UK. NG :-(

I have tried that very process a couple of times, but for some reason, I
can never get "hand crafted" .inf files to show up properly. The
lat/long info seems odd, not sure if the doc's are wrong, but I always
get a huge offset East/West whenever I make a file. Even manually
copying a known good one causes problems to the otherwise known good
map, so maybe things like cr/lf vs cr only, who knows....

Crabbing the image is not a problem (PaintShopPro) or getting it into a
form Ui-View can handle (also PaintShopPro). It's them damd .inf files.
One for the UI-View list, one day.

Ti's the weekend now, and many other things to do, so no time to play
with all this, this time..
