[aprssig] DStar/APRS Client Interface Released

I have released an APRS client to DStar interface at
http://www.aprs-is.net/dstartnc2.htm  This interface converts the DStar
GPS position reports into an APRS TNC2 format for the client and allows
the client to send APRS TNC2 format lines via the DStar low-speed
channel.  Note that this is only directed at the low-speed DStar radios
as the high-speed radios already support APRS-IS.

I have also released an interface for javAPRSIGate which gates the DStar
position reports along with APRS data to/from the APRS-IS.

Both are Java based and rely upon a java virtual machine being installed
on the host PC.
