[aprssig] Peet Bros samples

I know Bob's been complaining for a long time about the Peet Bros stations
and their positionless weather reports.

If someone can provide me (off-list) with some sample data, I'll get started
on adding support to the OpenTracker, with the full APRS weather format and
adaptive beaconing.  Just let me know what model it's from and what mode
(data logging, packet, full, etc.)
