[aprssig] KPC3+ and dupe checking.

Good Evening:

I've been playing this afternoon with a couple of digi's that I'm
preparing for putting on the mountain tops shortly (once the snow melts).

I'm not seeing any duplicate checking going on with the KPC3+ running
Version 9. 0
Both were running with UITRACE WIDE,28.

I believe I have all the settings as described in Bob's KPC3
documents. The only dupe prevention that appeared to be happening was
when they were both transmitting at the same time. (hence not hearing
each other). For testing purposes, I turned on UIDWait on GWS, and
got the dupes, as listed below.

Isn't the dupe suppression supposed to be inherent to the UITRACE? Or
is in only because they don't hear each other with UIDWait off?

I also was testing the DigiNed that I've built and it did an excellent
job of dupe suppression. The last two entries are with the digiNed node
turned on.

Any thoughts? Am I missing something or a setting on the KPC3+s?

Thanks
