Are you serious????

1) PDAs are not PC devices powered by Intel X-86 type processors.

2) So-called "Pocket PCs" run two or three different types of non-X86
processors. The operating system on Pocket PCs looks vaguely like
Windows, but is totally different. For starters, apps are stored and run
from main memory -- there is normally no equivalent of a hard disk
loading into RAM.

3) Palm devices have yet another totally different architecture and
operating system.

4) There are only two APRS apps that run on PDAs:

"Pocket APRS" for Palm devices
            http://www.pocketaprs.com/ Now discontinued

"APRSce" for Pocket PC devices
            http://www.geocities.com/gw0tqm/aprs/aprsce.htm and
            http://www.tapr.org/~aprsce/

Both can use most of the same database of rather dated maps.

Neither has seen any development for two years or so.
