    So with the deletion of RELAY and WIDE... When an outsider enters 
our National Parks that now have DIGI's in the area, if they don't read 
the sig and want to be DIGI'd they have to have a KENWOOD radio, laptop 
or are just screwed! Should we leave RELAY and WIDE  on in these areas?
