This is a balloon southeast of Kansas City, Mo. It is reporting an altitude of 76,000 feet (must have burst). Why would anyone choose an unproto path of RELAY,WIDE3-3 for this? It is just melting the network. I can hardly believe my eyes....surely I am mistaken? ...hasan, N0AN
