[aprssig] Certificate Name Check [error]

Nothing's wrong, but it is an annoying message. Unless you pay really
big $$$ for a sitewide security certificate, certificates are valid only
for one hostname. Because we're transitioning between the old and the
new tapr.org systems, we bought the certificate for the final naming
scheme but the mailing list machine is, for now, using a different host
name and that triggers the error.

Bottom line is that we're cheap^H^H^H^H^H good custodians of your dues
money and we didn't want to waste a couple of hundred dollars on a
temporary certificate.

73,
John
