[aprssig] Email TO an APRS station?

On VHF,  if you want email to work both directions via RF,  the best thing 
to do is connect to a TelPac node and use the Winlink network.  This, of 
course, has nothing to do with APRS and you would not want it to.  Last time 
I looked there were 394 registered TelPac nodes online.
