Bob, why not start by connecting the DeLuo up to a PC. Read the data stream with any terminal program, or one of the freeware GPS programs like GPSManager. Could just be that GPS isn't putting out what the radio needs to see, or a cable problem, or any of the other little killers that stop 'em dead.
