It is combined in the software.  Download Airmail2000 and then look
under Modules.

Where can I find the VHF module, there appears to be no reference to

You have to set up the VHF Module for VHF packet use.  Email me
off-line if you need help....takes about 10 minutes to set up and
have it running.
