Yeah, that's what I'm thinking.  What's a good cheap bucket tipping gauge?
I like the lightning detector circuit because it's so incredibly simple - I
built one on a breadboard last night, and I probably have parts on hand for
several dozen at least.

weather
format, so that things like rainfall graphs on findU and other client
programs
work, and so the data could be sent to NOAA...
