Yes....a dumb terminal will work just fine...vt100, etc.
Think of Winlink this way.....
All a TelPac node is....is a remote port to a BBS. The neat thing is that
this BBS has SMTP email capability.
And the telnet connection is now backed up to three different BBs's.
It really is that simple.
