[aprssig] BIG digis to ALT-DIGIS?

That's just what AD4TZ is doing just north of Charleston SC.  It is an 1800'
HAAT site (coincidentally, it's also 1800' above sea level too).  He's on
144.99/39 and has or will put a beam on it pointed north to the rural areas of
SC between I-95 and Myrtle Beach.
