[aprssig] bad PHG, or lots of big towers?

Jason,

English is not my fisrt languaje. Also I am quite new to APRS. When it
comes to acronims I am really bad. Can you please tell me what HAAT
means? If HAAT need some calculations, can you please explain it to
me?
