[aprssig] Copy MAPS to new version

EXCUUUUUUUUUSE MEEEEEEEEEE!!!
I wasn't aware that a new version of WinAPRS would
still interact with old PM stuff. Thats what made me
shy away from "upgrading". I still use 2.5.1 since it
will use the older PM 3.5.
If this explanation was given previously by the
authors and the list, I was oblivious to it.
