[aprssig] afilter

Anyone else have Afilter failure to pass traffic, I have tried several times
to recheck and reload afilter 2.80 but it seems to reciev traffic from the
net. I can openthe same port inwinaprs direct and it flows like normal but
connected from afilter gives no service. Log on pending message is seen some
times on the various port tested.
