[aprssig] AI5TX-2 Digi HOUston, TX down

The AI5TX-2 wide area digi (it runs UI code in a PacComm tiny-2) is 
temporarily off the air.

We've found it a (hopefully) better home. Should be back in service within 
a week. The original site has developed a very high noise floor on VHF, 
making it very difficult to decode packets at low RSSI.

The new site should improve receive performance greatly.

Thanks to KB5OVJ & KC5EVE for actually doing the labor to make the move happen!
