Another easy solution to the combined WX and DIGI is
to see if the new n-N paradigm might work.

That is, remove WIDEn-N from the DIGI.

This would reduce by orders of magnitude the number
of packets digipeated by that digi and would dratically
reduce the collision probability.   Yet still keep it available
for those that specifically needed to digi through it.

This would work if
1) this digi is not essential for long haul traffic in that area.
2) It still works as RELAY or WIDE for locals in the area
etc...

Just a thought... I havent been following that closely...

We also tried the Diode thing and saw just as many errors as

the TNC and Wxtrack on the radio transmit. The only way around this 
would have been  if the Wxtrack used the same Power up transmitter 
circuit that the Tinytrack used. We want to use the Wxtrack so those
