APRS+SA is stated to only work with SA 9 and previous. Delorme changed a 
lot of things in the newer versions that prevent APRS+SA from updating the 
maps, placing icons on them, etc.

As far as I know, UI-View works direclty with Undertow's Precision Mapping. 
It may be possible to make bitmaps / something else and have UI-View use 
them (from SA-2004), but this would be pretty tedious and is probably not 
what you are looking for.
